Terms of Service

By buying a ticket, reserving a vendor table, using our marketplace, or entering a giveaway, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Every attendee needs a valid ticket; kids under 11 enter free with a paying adult.
• We may refuse entry or remove anyone acting unsafely, dishonestly, or against staff instructions.
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR SHUTDOWN. If a show is cancelled, postponed, relocated, shortened or shut down for any reason — including by the venue, its owner, Card House Society, weather or authorities — no cash refunds are issued. Your payment converts to a credit toward any Card House Society show held within the next 12 months, less a non-refundable 15% administrative fee covering marketing, staffing and venue deposits already spent. Credits not used within 12 months are forfeited. Credits may be transferred to another vendor with written notice to cardhousesociety@gmail.com. Card House Society's liability is limited to this credit.

Table placement. Card House Society may move or relocate any vendor's table or spot at any time, for any reason (layout, safety, venue or operational needs). A relocation is not grounds for a refund, credit or reschedule.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All vendor table, booth, sponsorship and any other purchases from Card House Society are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, no-show, weather, travel issues, or inability to attend.

VENDOR NO-SHOW. A vendor table is a reserved, pre-paid space. If you do not check in with Card House Society staff within 60 minutes of doors opening on show day, and you have not notified us in writing at cardhousesociety@gmail.com before the show starts, you are a no-show. A no-show table is cancelled and forfeited in full: no refund, no credit toward a future show, and no reschedule. Card House Society may reassign a no-show table at any time without notice. Why: your table fee is committed before show day to the venue, setup and teardown, tables and chairs, decorations, marketing, and our staff's time and labor — none of which can be recovered. Advance written notice does not create a refund (all sales are final), but it lets us offer your table to the waitlist; any courtesy credit is at Card House Society's sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card House Society is not liable for any losses, expenses or damages arising from a postponed, relocated, shortened or cancelled event, or from venue conditions, beyond the credit described above (payment less the 15% administrative fee).

• 0% seller fee — sellers keep the full sale price of their items.
• Buyers pay a 3% fee at checkout to support the platform.
• Item-for-item trades are free — no platform fee on straight trades.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Sellers must accurately describe items and ship promptly; buyers must pay in full at checkout.

All sales are final. Card House Society does not issue refunds; any issue with an item is resolved directly between buyer and seller. See our Refund & Credit Policy.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Entrants must be legal U.S. residents and meet any age requirement stated for the giveaway.
• Winners are selected at random and notified using the contact details they provided.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card House Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our events, website, or marketplace. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable ticket, table, or order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
