How Card House Society collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Who We Are

Card House Society ("we," "us," or "our") produces the Card House Society Expo — a trading-card and collectibles show — and operates an online booth marketplace at cardhousesociety.com where vendors list items to buy, sell, and trade. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect the personal information you give us directly, including:

  • Tickets: your name and email when you buy admission.
  • Vendor & seller signups: name, email, phone, business name, and social/website links.
  • Newsletter & giveaways: name, email, and (if you opt in) phone number for updates.
  • Marketplace orders: shipping address and order details for items you buy or sell.

We also automatically collect basic analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referring site to improve the experience.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process ticket, vendor table, and marketplace transactions.
  • Send order confirmations, event details, and (with consent) newsletters and text updates.
  • Run giveaways and notify winners.
  • Provide customer support and improve our website and events.

Payments & Ticketing

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers. Some event tickets may be sold through Eventbrite, in which case Eventbrite's own privacy policy also applies to that purchase.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Service providers such as Stripe (payments), Eventbrite (ticketing), and email/SMS providers.
  • Marketplace vendors, limited to the details needed to fulfill an order you place.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and attendees' safety.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, and unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the opt-out link or by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
