Have a 500–2,000 m² floor in Abu Dhabi, UAE? A Card House Society show fills it on a Sunday with 20–100 vendor tables and a free-entry crowd that eats, drinks and shops. We bring the format, the vendors' playbook, ticketing, floor plan, sponsor sales and marketing; you bring the room.
A full-day event that drives F&B and retail revenue, social content from hundreds of attendees, and a recurring date if it works. Breweries, hotels, malls and community halls have all hosted us in Florida; our floor plans are built per venue, down to the numbered table.
Tables and chairs (or a rental partner), parking or transit access, restrooms, a load-in window the morning of, and Wi-Fi for vendor payments. We handle vendor contracts, table sales, free-ticket RSVPs, confirmations and day-of operations.
From handshake to show day is typically 8–10 weeks: venue + date, vendor recruitment (local shops + collectors), sponsor sales, 6-week marketing push, show. Email or WhatsApp us with your venue's capacity and available Sundays.
